What is an Essence Reading?
The Essence Reading in its essence (ha), is an intuitive session created to be the bridge guiding you from where you currently are to where your soul deeply wants to go.
In an Essence Reading I am communing with the truest part of you, your essence, in order to explain your soul’s true vision. Through the essence I can see the ways your energy wants to uplevel and shift in order for you to be the fullest you in the world and thus create, the fullest life.
You can expect to leave the session feeling clearer about where your soul wants to go, with greater understanding of how you are being called to expand, and with action steps for how you can support yourself as you evolve to carry out your soul’s vision.
With guidance from your essence you can receive help in any area of your life; career, relationships, where to move, etc. Finding alignment in life is a result of aligning with who you truly are, so your soul’s essence can support you in every way.

What happens in an Essence Reading?
In an Essence Reading I am meditating with your soul and reading your energy body. I will look at your energy to discover where you may be blocked from allowing your next phase of life to unfold, how you can upgrade your energy to align with your highest self, and how you can support your body as you upgrade.
When meditating with your soul, I will be open to whatever it has to share, but will specifically I will look at how it wants to expressing in the world, what the energy of your upgraded life feels like, and how specific areas of your life want to shift and change moving forward.
